Feng Shui is a fascinating subject and has been part of my life for many months. I have read many books on this interesting Chinese art. Practicing this ancient art while neglecting other aspects of your life can weaken its effectiveness. As you learn and practice Feng Shui in this online course, be sure it is with a pure heart.

Keep a journal of the Feng Shui changes you implement and what happens after you do. Be patient, as there is a reason for everything in our lives and a too quick of an attitude in expecting changes to happen overnight can lead to your Feng Shui being less effective.

The word "Feng Shui" means "Wind and Water". It is the relationship between forces of nature. Like wind and water, you and your home are like the two forces of nature. You and your surroundings are always interacting and influencing each other. When you balance your surroundings, you and your home can blend harmoniously creating a comfortable environment enhancing your life.

In the next few weeks we will be learning the following in each week of a new Feng Shui lesson. As you read and learn through the lessons below, please post to the class message board the changes you have made in your home to encourage changes through the winds of Feng Shui.
